How to Play

Play Disney Bubble Burst online for free. Disney Bubble Burst is a 110-stage tile breaker game where players must pop a certain number of balloons or destroy a certain number of other tiles in a limited set of moves. Make larger matches to create power bubbles. Unlock 20 different characters with special moves & see how long you can last in endurance mode. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Press the orange and white button at the bottom center of the game’s welcome screen.
Game Controls
- Desktop
  - Use your mouse left click button to select a bubble among an identical set of bubbles to pop the set. If your move contains enough bubbles to create a power bubble it will appear in the location of the bubble you selected.
  - Use your mouse left click to select a power bubble to activate it.
  - When your character has a fully charged power up they will glow. Select them with your left click button to activate their special move.
  - Touchscreen devices
    - Tap the screen with a finger to select bubbles, power bubbles, or use your power move.
    - Controls & indicators
      - Within levels across the top
        Left shows your character and how charged up your power move is.
        Next to your character is your remaining moves count.
        Next to the remaining moves count is the level goals with counts & bubble types.
        Under the level goals is a status bar which shows your current rating.
        The far right has a pause button.
        Then the game is paused it reveals a menu including music control, how to play info, home, restart level, and sound control.
        Within the character select screen it shows your gem savings in the upper left character, which characters you have unlocked, and if you have powered up the special attack feature for each character.
        The level select screen shows which levels you have beat and how many gems you earned on each stage.
        Game Play
        Matching
        You can match 2 or more colored bubbles of any color provided they are both the same color and are touching each other.
        If you make longer matches you can create power bubbles.
        Match 4 bubbles to create a horizontal or vertical explosive bubble.
        Match 5 bubbles to create a horizontal and vertical explosive bubble.
        Match 6 or more bubbles to create a bomb bubble that blasts in all directions.
        When you create a power bubble it is created in the position where you clicked among a set of bubbles (e.g. if you clicked the far left bubble in a group of touching bubbles then that is where the power bubble will appear).
        Power bubbles can be set off in a chain reaction, where one sets off the next, sets off the next, and so on.
        Power Ups
        All characters have special power moves which you can use to do things like remove all bubbles of a specific color, turn many bubbles blue, remove bubbles in a certain area, etc.
        Each character’s power moves can be leveled up twice using gems.
        Your power moves require being charged to use.
        In ordinary level-based play it takes time to charge them up on each level & if you do not use a fully charged power move you start the next level with zero charge.
        In endurance play you can carry a charged power move from one level to the next.
        Levels
        This game has 110 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
        If you lose a level you can replay it an unlimited number of times.
        You can score up to a 3-gem rating on each level, depending upon how any bubbles you break.
        If you beat a level but get a poor gem rating you can replay it immediately or move on to the next level.
        If you move on to the next level, you can use the level select menu in the lower left of the game to return to prior levels.
        If you beat a level with a 2-gem rating & later beat it with a 3-gem rating you will get 1 gem added to your gem total on the subsequent play.
        Each level has one or more goals listed near the top of the screen.
        Many levels have intermediate goals you must reach before you can get to the end goal.
        The intermediate goals are shown on a set of Mickey Mouse ears, which states how many of a particular color bubble you need to pop in order to clear the goal and progress through the rest of the level.
        Some levels have numerous intermediate goals.
        If a level has multiple intermediate goals you must beat them sequentially.
        The second goal will not show how many colored bubbles you must pop until after you beat the first goal & any of the colored balloons of the second color will not count toward the second intermediate goal until after the first intermediate goal has been cleared.
        Obstacles
        Levels have a variety of obstacles in them.
        Clear bubbles – pop the colored bubbles next to the clear bubbles to remove them.
        Candies – Use power-ups or pop nearby bubbles to remove the candy. Candies which are striped must be hit once to turn solid orange & hit again to be removed.
        Pinatas – Burst the Mickey Mouse ears pinatas by popping bubbles that are the same color as the pinata.
        Rocks – Use power-ups which are adjacent to the brown stone blocks to remove them.
        Character bubbles – rescue trapped characters by getting the character bubble to the bottom of the level.
        Chapters
        The levels are broken up into chapters, with each chapter having 10 levels.
        Chapter 1 is World Tour.
        Chapter 2 is Bill’s Garden.
        Chapter 3 is Duckburg.
        Chapter 4 is Hot Dog Hills.
        Chapter 5 is The Barn.
        Chapter 6 is The Money Bin.
        Chapter 7 is Auradon Prep.
        Chapter 8 is Zombietown.
        Chapter 9 is Isle of the Lost.
        Chapter 10 is Wolf Den.
        Chapter 11 is The Tremont.
        Endurance Mode
        After you beat the first 99 levels of the game the endurance mode is unlocked.
        At the start of the endurance mode you are given 50 moves & the goal is to beat at least 10 stages in the endurance mode using a limited number of moves.
        Each time you beat a level you are given an additional 5 moves, with the final couple levels giving you 10 additional moves each.
        When you beat 10 levels you unlock Uma.
        Characters
        This game has 20 playable characters.
        You start the first level as Mickey Mouse.
        After beating 3 levels the characters menu is unlocked, with the following characters playable for the rest of the game: Goofy, Dewey, Tilly, Huey, & Rolly.
        Most other characters are unlocked 1 at a time after beating levels ending in zero (levels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, & 110). These characters include: Minnie, Daisy, Cricket, Grandma Alice, Louie, Zed, Webby, Addison, Mai, Evie, and Griffin.
        Bingo and Harper are initially locked, but rather than being unlocked by beating levels they are available for purchase for 45 gems each.
        Endurance mode is unlocked after beating the first 99 levels. Uma is available for players who can beat at least 10 stages in endurance mode.
        Each character has a unique power move which charges up as you play. You can upgrade the power moves on each character twice for around 6 to 20 gems per upgrade.
        Play tips
        Remaining moves
        Pay attention to your remaining moves left in the game.
        Keep in mind that if you create a power bubble on one move you need another move to use it.
        If your gem rating is low & you have almost completed the level goals you can pop other bubbles to help boost your gem rating before beating the level.
        Level goals
        If you have a hard time reaching your level goals don’t forget to use your power moves.
        If a level has multiple intermediate level goals before the final goal make sure you consider the next goal when popping bubbles for the first goal. For example, if the second intermediate goal is a red pinata you do not want to pop a lot of red bubbles while you are beating the first intermediate goal of popping yellow bubbles.
        Chain reactions
        Each power bubble you create requires an additional move to activate.
        If you have multiple power bubbles in close proximity then one detonating can set off the next, and so on, with subsequent detonations not costing you moves.
        You can leave a small bit of the main level goal remaining while working through a set of remaining moves & then have a strong chain reaction at the end of the level to boost your overall gem rating.
        Power moves
        Each character has a power move which can be upgraded twice to do more damage.
        Basic gameplay is the same across all characters, however the power moves differ widely from character to character. Examples include:
        remove a random collection of bubbles
        remove all bubbles of a specific color
        remove bubbles in one isolated area
        convert bubbles in one area to a specific color like blue
        If you lose a level the game recommends another character to play which has a power move well suited for that level.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like breaker games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
